Mindful Makers Retreat 2026

Join us for the Second Annual Mindful Makers Retreat at Lungovita—a cozy, all-inclusive weekend designed specifically for knitting and crochet enthusiasts. Step away from the rush of everyday life and reconnect with your creative spirit through a thoughtfully curated blend of calming moments and inspiring activities. Whether you’re looking to unwind, learn, or connect with fellow makers, this retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation and creative energy.

What’s included:

• Dome accommodation Friday to Sunday – *selection required
• Unlimited access to all on-site amenities at Lungovita Beach Retreat
• Meals and snacks from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch
• Yarn dyeing workshop with Robin Jolliffe of Rose Hill Yarns
• Game Night, Knit Night & Goodie Bag

NOTE: A detailed itinerary will be emailed to participants within 2 weeks of the retreat weekend. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate those details in the notes section at checkout. Our caterer will happily accommodate your needs for the weekend.

Check-in: Friday, August 21 at 4:00pm

Check-out: Sunday, August 23 at 1:00pm (lunch to follow – stay and dine or take to go)

BOOKING DETAILS

• Our commitment to the venue does not allow us to hold reservations without payment.
• Spaces are limited and accommodation availability will change as bookings are confirmed. When a dome style is sold out, an alternative will need to be selected. There may be an opportunity to secure additional 5M Domes, but this is not guaranteed.
• If selecting the 6M Dome accommodation at DOUBLE occupancy, the price reflected is for 2 people. Please indicate the additional guest you have registered for (first and last name + email contact) in the notes section at checkout.
• All prices are subject to HST.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY – PLEASE READ

PAYMENT

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
• If you require an alternative payment arrangement, a limited number of private payment plans may be considered at our discretion. Please contact us prior to registering to discuss. All balances must be paid in full by July 21, 2026.
• Spots are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Failure to complete payments by agreed-upon dates may result in forfeiture of your spot and any payments made.

CANCELLATION

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity for all guests, our 2026 Mindful Makers Retreat cancellation policy is as follows:

• Before July 24, 2026: 75% refund.
• July 25 – August 6, 2026: 50% refund.
• After August 6, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
• $100 administration fee applies to all cancellations.

If you are able to find someone to attend in your place, registrations are transferrable with no administration fee. In this case, you will be responsible for collecting payment from the new guest(s), and we ask that you contact us directly so that we can update the guest list accordingly.
