Advance registration is necessary through your ticket purchase, which includes:
– 3 course meal (appetizer, entrée, dessert)
– non-alcoholic beverage
– all taxes and gratuities
– special guest favour

- AT CHECKOUT, area residents should be able to select local pick up as a shipping option. IF SHIPPING CHARGES APPEAR BASED ON THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER, PLEASE USE COUPON CODE FIBREFRIEND TO REFUND THAT $20 FEE.
- Given the commitment of time and investment by the organizer(s) ticket fees are non-refundable on or beyond Sunday, April 14th. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another participant in the event that you cannot attend. In that case, we ask that you communicate the change directly to Anne via email at [email protected]
- We understand that “life happens”, so if you need to cancel prior to April 14th, please reach out via email to communicate that desired cancellation. We will gladly offer a refund less the $5 credit card processing fee that is incurred.
- If for any reason The Thoughtful Artisan has to cancel this event, we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements for re-booking or offering a store credit in the form of a gift certificate. This situation would be rare, but we have come to accept the volatility of life circumstances that could impede moving forward. Please rest assured that the resolution would be handled quickly and professionally.
