Holiday Stitch Social

Before there is too much hustle and bustle, enjoy a day of retreat with some good food, great friends, and fun fibre creating!

Our annual holiday social is being held at Southgate Centre in Woodstock on Sunday, November 24th from 9:00am – 3:00pm.

Your ticket includes morning refreshments, a full turkey dinner with dessert, and a holiday inspired project kit complete with yarns and patterns! You’ll also receive a ticket for the door prizes. (Note: If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please contact us via email to communicate the details immediately after purchasing your ticket. We will pass this information along to the caterer.)

If you plan to make-along with others using the kit provided that day, you will require needles and/or hooks suitable for fingering weight yarn, along with other standard tools and notions like small scissors, stitch markers, and a darning needle. If you’d prefer to take your kit home and work on a current project in progress, you’re certainly welcome to do that as well!

To support your holiday gift giving, there will also be some special offers you won’t want to miss. (Last year, these flew out of the shop so quickly that we were sold out two weeks before Christmas!) A table of these items will be available for purchase at the event.

Tickets can be purchased online or in-store beginning September 1st.

Advance payment is required. If you enter an address that does not present the “local pick up” option, please use the code stitchsocial to refund the default shipping charge. Please only use the code if shipping charges appear.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via email to communicate this.

• Cancellations occurring prior to November 10th are eligible for a store credit toward products available at The Thoughtful Artisan.
• Cancellations occurring after November 10th are not eligible for a credit due to the financial commitment with the venue and caterer. You are welcome to pick up your project kit at the store, or make arrangements to have it mailed at your expense.

We do our best to ensure all events run as scheduled, but if something happens on our end that forces a cancellation, please rest assured the resolution will be handled quickly and professionally.
