Join us on Sunday, May 7th for a day-retreat on the beautiful grounds of Craigowan Golf Club.

Begin your day with coffee or tea, and a selection of baked goods as you take in the serene hillside views.

Receive your curated project kit, complete with pattern and a surprise hand-dyed colourway from Rhichard Devrieze.

Settle in for a morning of social stitching, as we share in the joy of making a spring-inspired accessory!

Break midday for a delicious catered lunch with friends new and familiar.

Pick back up in the afternoon and delight in the dedicated time for your new wip!

Throughout the day, stretch your legs, stroll outdoors, and shop the trunk show from Rhichard Devrieze and Woolma the mobile yarn shop.

• A project bag for your new work in progress
• Tools of the trade (knit kit uses fingering weight yarn, crochet kit uses DK weight yarn)

1. AT CHECKOUT, you should be able to select local pick up as a shipping option. IF SHIPPING CHARGES APPEAR BASED ON THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER, PLEASE USE COUPON CODE MAKEMYMAY TO WAIVE THOSE FEES.

2. IF SELECTING CASH UPON DELIVERY AS PAYMENT, PLEASE EMT TOTAL TO [email protected] to confirm your spot. Your ticket will not be secured until that payment has been successfully received.

3. Given the commitment of time and investment by the organizer(s) ticket fees are non-refundable on or beyond April 2nd, 2023.

4. We understand that “life happens”, so if you need to cancel prior to April 2nd, please reach out via email to communicate that cancellation and we will gladly offer equal credit towards another event or store product from The Thoughtful Artisan. Please note, however, that specific credit arrangements need to be discussed over the phone or in person.

5. If for any reason The Thoughtful Artisan has to cancel this event, we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements for re-booking or offer a store credit in the form of a gift certificate. This situation is rare, but we have come to accept the volatility of public health concerns that could impede moving forward. Please rest assured that the resolution will be handled quickly and professionally.

Stock levels reflect the total number of tickets available. If the kit type you require says “sold out” but kits remain in the other craft (i.e. knit or crochet) PLEASE email [email protected] as a manual adjustment can be made to increase or reduce stock until the total number of tickets have been sold.
